The online reservation form needs improvement. Since the renters land line phone number is required on the form, there should also be a place for the renters cell phone number since the renter's land line will probably be disconnected before the trailer is picked up. This will make it possible to contact the renter with information about where the trailer will be available.

Check tire tread on trailers and ensure they are not too worn or old. Twenty minutes into a seven hour drive the right rear tire shredded and it took about an hour and half to get a new one.

I do not like the blankets and dolly in the back of the truck. It would be ok if I were allowed to remove them prior to renting the truck, but as it is now I have no choice in the matter, they stay in the truck and they are in my way and worst of all, they take up space in the truck that I rented. I wish you would make those optional in the truck. I use your trucks to deliver the cabinets I sell and those blasted blankets and dolly are in my way. Don't get me wrong, the people working at this location are great and the place is always neat and clean, but the truth is, if I could find another low deck moving truck that did not have those blankets and dolly in the way, then I would probably rent from them. I hope this has been helpful.

Uhaul is very blessed to have such dealers. This dealer is the very best one that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The truck was spotless and in excellent shape. The folks there were very hospitable and more than helpful. I don't think you could improve upon the experience. We were there after the death of a family member to pick up his belongings from his house. So, having it go so smoothly was quite a blessing.

Everything seemed great until I went to unload the trailer. It was a rainy drive and the ceiling had leaked all over my belongings. A dresser and sofa were soaked as were a basket of clothes and a painting. In addition, the trailer license plate was secured to the roll-up door with screws that extended into the trailer about an inch. With the door open, this was not noticable, but after the door was rolled down, the screws dug deep grooves into the wooden TV stand that I had loaded into the rear of the trailer. The staff at this location was awesome and the equipment failures weren't their fault, but this is the only place provided in this survey to voice concerns about the equipment.

The owners of Old Milltown Storage run an excellent facility. The U-Haul vehicle was the cleanest and best-kept moving truck I have ever rented (and I've rented more than a few). The service was outstanding, the office was immaculate, and the experience was the most enjoyable vehicle rental experience I've ever had.
